The story
For women rebuilding after conflict, opportunity rarely arrives on its own. Women for Women International walks alongside them for twelve months — teaching numeracy and a marketable trade, seeding a small savings group, and building the kind of peer network that keeps momentum going after graduation.
The results compound. A woman who learns to read a ledger opens a stall. A savings circle becomes a cooperative. Daughters stay in school because their mothers can now cover the fees.
